Ok, so for mothers day i thought i would do something kool and upgrade my moms gateway 450 model laptop with a new dvd-burner. and just last week after i had ordered it, the button stopped working but u could eject from My Computer. so great everything is set and mom will be so happy with this new one. moms happy once she saw it, and her laptop was hot swapable with cd/hd drives so kool, i pull out her dvd drive easy, i go to put in the new one and ok its a little smaller, should be that bad….. it doesnt fit…….. i compare the two….. and the ide thingys are on opposite sides….. i think ok i musta put it backwords….*lines up bezels and looks a the back and the ide thingys are still opposite*……… ok no biggie newegg.com must have something that will fit…. but they dont…. so i look online at gateway and they have one but it doesnt say if it will or wont fit in the 450 model…… ok so if i put the model number of the dvd current drive i should find something somewhere…… well after looking at 8 websites with refurbed crap at $80 i find that theres a website lapzone.com that has it http://www.lapzone.com/servlet/the-3…600-400/Detail
ok but its $129 with $10 shipping….. im like wow…… thats 3x more than i paid for this other new one i bought orignally for mom and now i want to like…. burn things >_< (no pun intended)

“Unless man cooperates.” soooo true. since me n starr have taken the break we did, stuff has been amazingly good and its brought alot of good fruit. im actually going to a game show thing i won tickets to, and its all the local conservative talk show hosts including kirby wilbur, john carlson and shram. along with alot of other things that just seem to click 5x easier when im alligned with God, id forgotten this feeling its great.

Hey guys, something wierd happened to me. i finally stopped thinking and i guess worrying too, and i realized how much i love God, how much i love Starr, and how much i love being the one God made. I like my body, personality and i hope i can Give God the Glory. and yeah, i think i found my joy or my “happy thought” haha. peter pan ftw ^_^

I updated the blog and listed my linux projects, thought that might be a nice addition. the blog will move away from me n starrs relationship a bit but keep the name. i’ll try n update but yeah. life gets busy and i cant always sit in front of a computer all day ya know? lol

we won medals in 8 different catagories and qualified 15 kids for nationals in the summer, which means we now get to raise $10,000 >_< . Jehova Jireh though, always takes care of us. we have 10 kids flying and 5 driving over which will also be carrying my chapter display. i actually failed at my pressentation pretty badly because the guy who was my judge i knew him and he is like……. mean lol. in the last 3 years that hes been in skillsusa hes said maybe 12 words to me, including compitition day when he said: bremerton chapter, we’re ready. so i mean yeah, and it through me off cuz your not allowed to say ur chapter, city, or anything during the compittion just ur contestant number. and then they put me in this giant room and i kept echoing and tripping over myself >_< so bad, but the other displays were negative points due to size restrictions so yeah i won lol. there was 1 sad part in it though, starr got 4th in her promotional bulletin board and wont be coming to nationals. we would like too but the money is just too much to spare for someone who didt win which saddens me cuz a couple others i had to tell no as well and its like… >_< .

ive also had strep which is now getting better thankfully and i’ll get back to school soon, but im waaaaaaaaaay behind so yeah. pray i can get caught up in astronomy, asl 2, and math. thanks all

Well something pretty big but i think will be for the better. me n starr have hidden the relationship from my parents for multiple reasons, and one of them being that they might not pay for my college in the fall. we’ve put the relationship (not the friendship) on hold for now until we can be truely honest and open about it, and that would be at the end of summer when i could possibly have enough money for college myself and have a plan of action and brace for the worse. we think it will be a more possitive thing for us to be doing and we both feel really good about the situation. in alot of ways it wasnt fair to starr on alot of levels and while im under 18 i need to honor my folks so relationship/friendship wise it should improve things and spiritually being honest and not having that block in our lifes should also bring us closer to God. its still really wierd and sometimes akward but like i said, we both feel good about the situation and gives us more time to mature too. so please pray for continual wisdom and guidance. thank you

The last image Fred Rogers wants children to see is a picture of himself toting a pistol.

So Mr. Rogers, the host of ”Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood,” the PBS children’s program, is suing a novelty store chain based in Texas to stop it from selling T-shirts that display him with his customary sweater and smile — and a silver handgun.

Instead of his usual saying, ”Won’t you be my neighbor?” the T-shirt has Mr. Rogers, 70, saying, ”Welcome to my hood.”

”It’s bad for the kids,” said Mr. Rogers’s lawyer, Thomas C. Wettach said of the lawsuit, which was filed this week. ”It’s sick humor.”

Gerald Szczepanski, president of Gadzooks, the 280-store chain that is selling the shirts, did not immediately return calls seeking comment.

In the lawsuit, which was filed in Federal court in Pittsburgh, Mr. Rogers and his company, Family Communications, ask that the T-shirts be destroyed.

The fact PBS would be so much about image disturbes me. even though this article is nearly 10 years old and is much before mr. rogers sadly passed away, would it not be mr. rogers responsibility to take care of his own image? thoughts? please post

hey all ive been really sick for a while. im doing much better, today i actually went to classes, but throat still a bit sore and coughing up lotsa really thick flem. one more week of school then finals week then spring break. pray for us as we near the end of this quarter that we’ll persevere well. i was accepted to WSU so i’ll be attending there in the fall, my parents have a home there so i’ll be setup well without paying for dorms. star will however need to pay for dorms. so we’ll see what God has planned

today was starrs birthday and we had alot of fun together with our moms at a buffet. she had a little trouble finding some stuff but everything worked out ok. ^_^
