Right now I have many Linux projects running through my new house in pullman and nothing running at my parents house currently

Winbook Laptop running CentOS 4 with 80mb RAM, P1, and a 2gb hard drive – Currently running a fully functional 4-man Counter-Strike 1.6 server

Status – Offline

Winbook Laptop Running Knoppix with 60mb of RAM, p1 233mhz, NO HARD DRIVE – currently running my Teamspeak 2 server there.

Status – Offline

Intel Celeron 400mhz CentOS 4 updated, 128mb SDRAM, 8gb hard drive – Currently a Samba, Shoutcast, and Apache server. Attempting to use Red5 though not very successful.

Status – Project decommissioned (i sold the machine)

Custom Built 64-bit Celeron 2.8ghz, 2x 256mb DDR RAM Dual Channel, 80gb Storage – Mythbuntu OS running SSH, FTP, CS 1.6, Source (games optional not always running), Samba, Apache and folding.

Status – Working Fully and its pretty fun to mess with,

Current Projects:

Building a machine with 8x 1gb hard drives and setting them as virtual RAM and seeing how it will run with a AMD k6 300mhz machine.

Status – Project Complete: i was not able to use 8x hard drives due to psu restrictions BUT i did get the machine to work with 5gb of swap ram, 384 normal ram and xubuntu worked. the 300mhz k6 really did not do well in a graphical setting though, so i swapped it out for a p3 and later im going to just stick in 194mb of ram so i have the 384 free for a socket A mobo that takes SDRAM

Dual P3 rack mount server – 20gb hard drive, 1gb SDRAM ECC Registered PC-100 . it works and i might colo it near my place.

Project Complete

Personal Laptop – Dual booted with xp and ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon. Runs XGL and compiz for 3d effects and seksi stuff. ive spent alot of hours on this one and i like using it occassionaly and showing off but sometimes xp is just like……. instantly faster and easier to operate but i do enjoy this install.

Status – Complete and in Current Use

P3 Submerge-Oil Project. Working on it and project process is on youtube.com http://youtube.com/watch?v=7_ClNxu4Mos

Project – 3/4 complete.

Projects Completed with Linux: 8 (not all listed here due to buy, sell, trade)
